HAWAIIAN LOMI LOMI: Rejuvenate with this traditional Hawaiian bodywork technique often referred to as the “Hula of massage”. This deep, rhythmic session will revitalize and invigorate.
SWEDISH: This European classic combines long, firm strokes and gentle kneading to relieve tension and stress. A relaxing session, Swedish is the most often requested massage modality.
DEEP TISSUE: Muscles can become stiff and sore due to stress and activity. Deep tissue massage will soothe and relax muscle tension through deep, therapeutic touch.
SPORTS: The perfect session before sports activities or after a strenuous workout. We combine Deep Tissue, Swedish and Neuromuscular Therapy techniques to reduce muscle pain and spasm, increase circulation, and oxygenate the body.
JET-LAG: This bodywork session combines a variety of soothing techniques to assist clients in adjusting from the stress of traveling and acclimating to our tropical climate. We incorporate deep relaxation massage to increase energy and improve sleep patterns.
